Alma Paprika

Thai Chile

Thai Chile originates from Thailand and are small peppers, ideal for Asian dishes and for preparing sambals. The whole pods are also used in dishes or are grounded and mixed with herbs into boemboes. In Indonesia they call this variety  Cabai Rawit. The pods are  small and very hot. The green (unripe) and red (ripe) pods are often harvested  at the same time and mixed together for preparing meals. The red mature chili  peppers are good for drying and grinding.
